-Two blocks from Ruth Hardy Park with tennis courts and playgrounds.
-Walk to parks, downtown shops, and restaurants.

-El Mirador and the adjacent Movie Colony neighborhoods were once part of the glamorous El Mirador Hotel grounds.

-Actor Errol Flynn lived a few doors down from the house, and Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz lived on the next corner. Other neighbors and frequent visitors included Truman Capote, Albert Einstein, Bing Crosby, and many other Hollywood favorites.
